Is that the correct attitude toward your customers?

How could you leave us behind and go away?

We pay for your service, but it was really not appropriate that you went away.

I tried my best to arrive at the station, and I thought I could go home earlier.

Nevertheless, I still waited for about half an hour!

If I bound to miss that bus, should I walk so fast to the station next time?

It was not my own business, not single, not both, but all of us!

We are passengers, and we pay, so we shall enjoy our right to take the earlier bus.

But you just left, without saying anything.

It's your responsibility to pick us up and let us go home, isn't it?

Your poor service brought about my resentment.

Was that my falt that I encountered the traffic light?

I can't break the rules and pass through the streets.

I really tried my best to catch that bus.

Could I still count on your aid?

Could all the passengers trust you if we want to go home earlier?

I'm complaining, but please, I said please, think about who was responsible for this.

Anyway, I decided.

If I am bound to wait for the forty-minute bus to come, I shouldn't walk that fast to catch that bus.

I'll wait at the stop former to the station.

That's it.
